At Global Consulting Partners (GCP), we offer premium advisory services to clients seeking to raise capital, and our fee structure reflects the quality, depth, and dedication of our work. Our fees are designed to cover both the advisory expertise provided throughout the fundraising process and the associated operational costs. The structure includes both upfront consulting fees and performance-based success fees, ensuring transparency and alignment with client objectives.

1. Fixed Consulting Fees (Payable Regardless of Fundraising Outcome)
​
These fees are applicable to all clients engaging Global Consulting Partners for capital raising services and are charged independently of the fundraising’s final success. They are structured as follows:

Hourly, Daily, or Lump Sum Fees
Clients may choose to be billed :

By the hour or day, based on the time spent by consultants

As a lump sum, for well-defined projects or long-term engagements

These fees cover strategic advisory, financial modeling, investor targeting, due diligence support, and overall coordination of the fundraising campaign.

2. Upfront Payment (Retainer Fee)
​
Prior to the commencement of any project, GCP requires an initial payment. This retainer fee ensures commitment from both sides and is allocated to :

Early-stage research and analysis

Internal preparation and strategy formulation

Resource planning and project kickoff activities

This payment is non-refundable and forms the foundation for the project’s launch.

3. Application Fees (File Handling Costs)
​
To initiate and manage the investment file, clients are billed for:

Preparation of comprehensive investor documentation

Review and verification of financial and strategic data

Legal and compliance support for due diligence materials

These application fees are essential for compiling high-quality, investor-ready materials and ensuring that all information is vetted and ready for presentation.

4. Investment Costs (Operational and Intermediary Fees)
​
The investment cost component is integrated within the total consulting engagement and covers :

Travel and accommodation for investor meetings or roadshows

Intermediary and introducer fees when third-party investor connections are facilitated

Market and sectoral research tailored to the client’s fundraising goals

This reflects the logistical and strategic efforts involved in en gaging with global investor networks.

Expenses Payable Upon Success
​
Once the contract objectives are met—namely, successful fundraising—additional performance-based fees apply.

5. Success Fees (Contingent Percentage Fee)
​
GCP charges a success fee based on a percentage of the funds raised—payable only if the funding target is achieved. This ensures we are financially incentivized to deliver results. The fee structure is:

4% to 7% of total capital raised

Exact percentage determined by deal complexity, size, and sector

This fee is invoiced upon receipt of funds by the client and is clearly stipulated in the initial agreement.

6. Performance Fees (Supplementary Results-Based Bonus)

In addition to success fees, GCP applies performance-based bonuses if certain fundraising thresholds are exceeded. These bonuses are:

Based on pre-agreed performance tables (see annexes in the contract)

Applied only when funds raised exceed the projected target
